Jean Jullien Response

For this piece of work, I think Jean Jullien implies that now-a-days customers often use the self service till rather than others, which soon could leave people with out a job as customers want to do it themselves and be independent. A lot of people do not realise this because they are only bothered about shopping; they're not there to do anything else. The reason I understand this design is because I currently work in retail where you have self service, but also tills and a lot of people my age use the self service because we don't want to socialise and it's quicker than waiting in a queue. Overall, technology is taking over and people don't see that until it effects them.

To be honest, his work really puts it self out there. It shows what society is like and the illustration is pleasing and creative. I would like to input this sort of work in my development because it's meaningful, but also intriguing to look at.
