I went around my class and asked them what they think of the designs that I made. Most of them told me they liked idea 3, which had lines on either side of the word together. Second was idea 5, which was the one that had spaces in between the word and the only one that didn't get any vote was idea 4, which was just a lower case version or number 1. To be honest, I thought number 5 could've done better, but I do understand why idea 4 didn't as it was just too boring to be a logo.
From asking what idea design they liked best, I then asked which font was the best with the idea they picked. The popular font was Gill San Nova and then it was TW Can MT. I asked my tutor to pick a design and he gave me tips of what I need to think about. What will the logo look like as an app button and should it have the number 2 involved? I understood that maybe numbers could be okay for hashtags or to make it shorter and snappy, but I don't think it would look right for what I'm aiming for. He then looked at my designs on idea 1 and said that you don't really need to use serif if it's not necessary, but the TW Can MT looks not too thin and not too thick so it stands out stronger than the rest of the designs.
